Getting started with SkyTab is simple. Through an online form, you will be asked to provide your personal information: name, company, phone number, email address, zip code, city and state. A sales representative will then contact you to set up your account, pay for the service and provide the necessary documents.
SkyTab equipment includes a basic POS workstation, a handheld terminal, a specially designed tablet for table-top ordering and an intuitive kitchen display system with a 22-inch screen. Each of these devices has an attractive design and is compatible with mobile devices. Moreover, their interfaces are user-friendly, and the software is highly intuitive.
The SkyTab Mobile terminal not only processes payments and prints receipts, but also allows customers to rate their dining experience and leave their feedback on the service. Managers receive real-time notifications on their phones if the customer’s rating drops below a predetermined threshold, which allows them to quickly resolve any issues.

Terms of Agreement
The agreement with SkyTab is for a period of one year, and you must use Shift4 as your sole payment processing provider during its term. Either party may terminate the agreement under various circumstances, such as unauthorized or illegal use and breach of any obligation.
SkyTab offers a lifetime warranty on its equipment and will repair or replace any malfunctions or damage at no cost to you. Shift4 provides 24/7 technical support. However, you must take good care of the equipment. You will receive free training on how to use the equipment during installation and will have access to online training and webinars for your equipment in the future.
